📜 Terms & Conditions

The Subscriber declares that the provided information is correct. Any false information will result in legal action.
The Subscriber shall not share their connection or use more devices than agreed. Otherwise, Link Communication may discontinue the service.
Link Communication may install HUB/Switch or other devices at any time. The Subscriber must provide space and power supply.
Link Communication is not responsible for damage due to electric short circuits or thunder.
The one-time installation charge (OTC) is non-refundable.
Monthly bills must be paid to Link Communication on a prepaid basis.
If bills are not paid on time, the line may be blocked without prior notice and may take up to 24 hours to restore.
Link Communication reserves the right to revise prices, agreements, or services with prior notice.
The Subscriber cannot change their time slot within the first 3 months. Afterward, a Tk. 500 conversion fee will apply.
A Subscriber can reactivate service within 3 months by paying all dues, including the current month in advance.
Subscribers may terminate service by notifying Link Communication one month in advance.
Upon service termination, Link Communication will reclaim cables and devices used for the connection.
The Subscriber shall not use the connection for any illegal purpose.
