Service Level Agreement
- The Subscriber declares that the provided information is correct. Any false information will result in legal action.
- The Subscriber shall not share their connection or use more devices than agreed. Otherwise, Link Communication may discontinue the service.
- Link Communication may install HUB/Switch or other devices at any time. The Subscriber must provide space and power supply.
- Link Communication is not responsible for damage due to electric short circuits or thunder.
- The one-time installation charge (OTC) is non-refundable.
- Monthly bills must be paid to Link Communication on a prepaid basis.
- If bills are not paid on time, the line may be blocked without prior notice and may take up to 24 hours to restore.
- Link Communication reserves the right to revise prices, agreements, or services with prior notice.
- The Subscriber cannot change their time slot within the first 3 months. Afterward, a Tk. 500 conversion fee will apply.
- A Subscriber can reactivate service within 3 months by paying all dues, including the current month in advance.
- Subscribers may terminate service by notifying Link Communication one month in advance.
- Upon service termination, Link Communication will reclaim cables and devices used for the connection.
- The Subscriber shall not use the connection for any illegal purpose.
